Tap Electric is a charger management system that connects EV drivers and charger owners. It helps drivers find, access, and use charge points through the Tap Electric app, and allows owners and operators to offer charging services using free, easy-to-use management software.

Tap Electric provides complimentary software that enables you to manage your charge point 0 set tariffs, monitor usage, and collect payments from drivers. Your charger can be onboarded in just a few minutes via the Tap Electric app or web portal. You have full control over your charging rates, allowing you to be both competitive and profitable. Tap Electric manages all payment processing and pays you the full tariff you set, minus any transaction fees charged to drivers.
Andersen will arrange for QR stickers to be sent to you. By applying a QR sticker to your charger, drivers can easily locate it in the Tap Electric app if you allow. Each QR sticker is unique and can only be assigned to one charger. Once you’ve applied it, you’ll need to link it to your charger using the Tap Electric App.
